This Opportunity 

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Integration Analyst to lead and support the onboarding of member data into the Truveta platform. This role is central to ensuring high-quality, well-integrated data that meets clinical, research, and operational needs. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with complex healthcare datasets, uncovering patterns in disparate source systems, and building scalable processes that make downstream analytics efficient and reliable. You will work closely with external member teams and internal engineering stakeholders to profile, map, validate, and automate data ingestion workflows, bringing hands-on experience with clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or Allscripts and with healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and CCDA. 

Working from the Truveta India Development Center, you will partner every day with engineering, product, and member teams in the United States, so regular overlap with US Pacific (West Coast) business hours is part of the role. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead onboarding of data from member source systems and third-party sources into the Truveta platform. 
• Partner with external technical and clinical teams to understand source data structures, workflows, and business context. 
• Perform comprehensive data profiling to assess completeness, quality, conformance, and integrity. 
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings aligned to platform data models and standards. 
• Define, implement, and validate business and data transformation rules. 
• Design and support test automation strategies for onboarding workflows, including validation and regression testing. 
• Document onboarding methodologies, transformation logic, data quality findings, and validation processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing. 
• Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders, from customer-facing discussions to deep technical design sessions. 
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to increase scalability, efficiency, and reliability. 

Experience 

• Subject matter expertise in clinical applications and an understanding of how healthcare data supports clinicians, researchers, and patients. 
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and concepts. 
• Hands-on experience with data profiling tools, data quality analysis, and visualization technologies. 
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data lifecycle management. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate business workflows into technical specifications. 
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and external partners. 
• A track record of producing comprehensive documentation of methodologies, processes, and findings that supports reproducibility and knowledge sharing. 
• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Key Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related analytical field. 
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or healthcare data implementation roles. 
• 3+ years of implementation experience with clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or Allscripts. 
• 3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets, with strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R. 
• Demonstrated experience with data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and validation testing. 
• Experience supporting customer or partner engagement during technical implementations. 
• Experience translating clinical workflows into informatics or analytics applications. 
• Working knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA) and clinical ontologies (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, CPT, NDC). 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both customer-facing and highly technical audiences. 
• Ability to collaborate across time zones in a distributed team, with regular overlap with US Pacific (West Coast) hours. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience at a health system or healthcare technology company. 
• Experience with modern cloud-native platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake. 
• Hands-on experience with healthcare integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf. 
• Experience delivering data implementations for US health system clients from a global delivery or offshore engineering center.
