The Role

• Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth strategies.
• Design and implement innovative referral programs.
• Drive census growth and operational efficiency.
• Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team.
• Foster a culture of patient safety and care excellence.
• Monitor market opportunities and threats, communicating insights to senior management.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or as a nurse liaison.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, financial metrics, and reimbursement systems.
• Familiarity with physician relations, case management, and managed care preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
