The Role

• Assembling complex modules using soldering, crimping, and wrap techniques.
• Populating PCBs and connector carriers with various components.
• Building micro-mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Performing repairs based on manufacturing documentation and implementing technical changes.
• Safely handling hazardous materials such as solvents, adhesives, and sealants.
• Actively contributing to process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Elektroniker or a comparable qualification.
• Excellent soldering and crimping skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and standard MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, with strong teamwork, flexibility, and reliability.
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Minimum B2 level German language proficiency.
