Job Description: SAP EWM Consultant (Decentralized Warehouse Management)
Duration : 9-12 months
This is work from office atleast 3-4 days in a week from office
Location: Mickleton NJ 08056 (initial 9 months in NJ)

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Consultant with deep expertise in Decentralized Warehouse Management to lead solution design, implementation, and advisory for large-scale warehouse operations. The role demands strong functional knowledge, integration experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15 years of SAP experience, with at least 8+ years in SAP EWM (Decentralized).
- Strong expertise in Warehouse Processes: inbound, outbound, cross-docking, labor management, slotting, Rearrangement, Wave management, VAS. Replenishment etc
- Hands-on experience with RF Frameworks, Material Flow Systems (MFS), and Automation Integration.
- Proven track record in large-scale deployments across global warehouses.
- Experience in integrating SAP EWM solutions with non-SAP ERP systems\
- Expertise in SAP transportation management integration with EWM
- Exposure to Warehouse Billing functionalities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage onsite-offshore delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Architect and implement decentralized SAP EWM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Process Optimization: Streamline inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Integration Management: Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and third-party logistics systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and warehouse managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and rollouts across multiple sites.
- Training & Support: Mentor junior consultants, conduct workshops, and provide post-go-live support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Embedded and Decentralized EWM.
- Experience in Pharma, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.
- Certification in SAP EWM
