About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead architectural design and provide strategic direction for platform engineering initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design principles
• Provide architectural direction for current and future state platform engineering efforts
• Advise cross-functional teams on technology selection and improvements to existing systems
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others
• Serve as a subject matter expert within the function
• Contribute to development of technical methods aligned with modern engineering practices
• Build reusable frameworks to improve development velocity and quality
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and a respectful work culture

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture
• Strong experience in banking or financial domain (preferred)
• Deep understanding of Cloud Technologies, especially AWS (Public Cloud)
• Strong experience in designing scalable and secure systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Formal certification in software engineering or related field
• Experience in modern architecture patterns and enterprise platforms.
