  • Maintain earnings, deductions, tax setup and business processes for payroll and absence.
  • Identify and lead Workday payroll and absence optimisation opportunities.

Required:

  • Must have overall 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday North America Payroll, Absence and payroll integrations.
  • Must have 5+ years of configuration experience maintaining earnings, deductions, tax setup and business processes for payroll and absence.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance, including W2 processing and year-end.
  • Hands-on experience with EIBs and building complex Workday payroll and data validation reports.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and own work without a Workday expert on the client side.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading Workday payroll and absence optimisation or enhancement projects.
  • Global Workday or non-US payroll integration experience.
  • Solid understanding of payroll and GL rules.
  • Solid understanding of HCM hire-to-retire processes.
  • Workday PATT certification.
