The Role

• Lead internal training sessions focusing on optometry and utilize state-of-the-art technology.
• Provide expert optical consultations to customers and support colleagues with optical-related matters.
• Conduct refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures are followed by the team.
• Oversee the technical equipment within the store and contribute technical expertise to store management.

What You'll Need

• Substantial experience in refractions and/or contact lens fitting.
• A completed apprenticeship as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage customers with products.
• A strong team player mentality, focused on achieving collective company goals.
