Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position, 40 hours weekly 
  • Pay: $27/hour

The Clinical Coordinator supports daily unit operations by managing resident medical records, maintaining census and appointment information, tracking orders and results, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role serves as a key communication link between residents, families, and healthcare staff while coordinating various administrative and clerical functions. In addition, the position provides direct resident care as a Personal Care Aide at least two days per week, assisting residents with daily needs and transportation. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, healthcare administrative experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

  • Maintains medical records of each resident; completes headings on each page, prints POS when medical director does medical rounds.
  • Updates resident and family information to be sent to admissions in order for it to be entered int the system and onto resident fact sheet.
  • Completes lab requests forms for Charge Nurse or designee as needed and enters them on the daily lab draw log.
  • Assists on unit by answering resident call lights, assists with transporting residents to and from medical appointments and assists in dining room as needed.
  • Provides resident care as a personal care aide (PCA) at least two days a week.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a minimum of one year experience as a Unit Record Clerk or Medicine Aide.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be able to lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a general knowledge of medial terminology.
