Business Analyst - Business Design SpecialistBrisbane City, QLD 4000Full Time Job descriptionBusiness Analyst - Business Design Specialist 6-Month Contract Brisbane We are looking for a Business Analyst - Business Design Specialist to provide expert consulting, mentoring, and guidance in business design and continuous improvement across a complex enterprise environment. You will play an important role in shaping operating models, driving strategic alignment, and facilitating business transformation across various business units.

What You Will Do:Support the analysis, design, strategic alignment, and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise operating model and business partner network. Lead and support wide-ranging reviews of processes, services, organisational structure, and operating model components to enable standardisation and continuous improvement. Research, develop, and produce key business design deliverables including roadmaps, operating models, reports, presentations, and submissions.

Develop and maintain contemporary knowledge management tools and materials to build organizational capability and awareness around business design principles. Identify emerging risks and continuous improvement opportunities to provide timely, authoritative advice to key stakeholders and leadership. What You Need to Apply for This Role:Strong understanding and practical application of business design thinking and continuous improvement methodologies such as Human-Centred Design and Service Design.

High-level strategic, structured, and analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems and mitigate business risks collaboratively. Proven track record in building strong stakeholder relationships, presenting design solutions, and influencing outcomes across a complex enterprise organization. High-level written and oral communication skills, with experience preparing business cases, detailed reports, and executive presentations.

Sound knowledge of continuous improvement and project management frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall, with relevant tertiary qualifications desirable. Interested? Apply Now!
