Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Security Architect with strong expertise in cloud security architecture, cloud infrastructure security, security assessments, and security planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security frameworks, managing security controls, and aligning security strategies with business requirements.

Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is important for this role. Candidates should demonstrate strong functional knowledge of the PBM domain along with expertise in cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve cloud security architecture and frameworks.

• Lead cloud security planning activities aligned with business objectives and industry standards.

• Conduct cloud security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Define, document, and implement cloud security controls and policies.

• Support the transition of cloud security solutions to managed security operations.

• Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement security best practices.

• Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to strengthen cloud security posture.

• Analyze emerging security threats and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.

• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support cross-functional decision-making.

• Apply functional knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) to address business and security requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cloud security and the required skill areas.

• Expert-level proficiency in Cloud Security Planning.

• Strong expertise in Cloud Security Architecture, Cloud Security Assessment, and Cloud Infrastructure Security.

• Experience with Managed Cloud Security Services.

• Functional knowledge or experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain.

• Must be local to Boston or a nearby area and available to work onsite.

• W2 candidates only. No C2C or 1099.

• Must hold one of the specified work authorizations: , GC-EAD, or USC.
