Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $69/hr - $72/hr on W2
Contract Length: 12 Months

Role Overview
In this assignment, you will join a team building the future of enterprise AI. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms and intelligent automation solutions. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact, working at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Consult on complex initiatives and contribute to the resolution of multi-faceted situations.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
