Job Description:

·        Hands-on in-depth experience on enterprise grade implementation, preferably in telco domain using Icertis CLM.

·        Experience and skills on green field and brown field implementations of Icertis CLM.

·        Experience and skills on migrating structured and unstructured contracting data from various legacy and next generation data sources to Icertis.

·        Experience and skills on implementing data migration pipelines from various data sources to Icertis.

·        Experience and skills on various AI components of iCertis e.g. Vera agents, Copilot and analytics.

·        Lead customer workshops to gather business requirements, define project scope, and translate them into actionable functional designs and best-practice solutions within Icertis CLM.

·        Deep understanding of Icertis data architecture, rules framework, and APIs.

·        Experience and skills on implementing and configuring Contract Generation workflow, template & clause management.

·        Experience integrating ICI with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Ariba) using ICI Connectors and REST APIs, Configuring Icertis Native Sign or third-party e-signature tools (DocuSign/Adobe Sign), along with User Management and SSO authentication (SAML/OAuth).

·        Strong understanding of promotion methodologies (P2P) and experience in managing configurations across multiple environments and releases.

·        Create critical project artifacts including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, test scripts, training playbooks, and user guides.

·        Experience and skills on capturing and articulating ideas around architecture and solution design with ownership using various architecture drafting and drawing tools and techniques. (Icertis certified preferred)
