Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 12+ years • Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly Job Description: • Provide high-side development expertise and lead a small technical team breaking down complex tasks. • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and backend analytics using Java, Angular JavaScript, and non-relational databases. • Expand on workflow automation efforts and integrate AI-assisted development techniques in a Linux environment. • Engage directly with analysts, operators, and cross-functional teams to gather real-time feedback and continuously refine capabilities.
