The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members across the UK.
• Provide emergency breakdown support, including battery, tyre, and complex fault resolution.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your working day from your own driveway.
• Tackle a variety of automotive challenges on the roadside, ensuring member satisfaction.
• Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and excellent people skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet to find solutions.
• A proud ambassador for roadside automotive services.
