Director, US Business Analytics - Biotech & Pharmaceuticals

CSL is seeking a Director, US Business Analytics to lead analytics strategy supporting our US biotechnology and vaccine portfolio. In this role, you will shape data driven decisions across commercial and medical teams, building robust forecasting, segmentation, and performance dashboards. You will guide a high performing analytics team, ensure strong data governance, and partner with leaders nationwide to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that advance innovative therapies, strengthen patient outcomes, and drive CSL's US growth in a collaborative, values driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead US business analytics strategy to support CSL's biotechnology and vaccine portfolio
• Translate commercial and medical objectives into analytics roadmaps and measurable KPIs
• Oversee development of forecasting, segmentation, and performance dashboards
• Partner with cross functional leaders to guide data driven business decisions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry regulations
• Manage and mentor a high performing analytics team
• Collaborate with global analytics and R&D groups to share best practices
• Present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics methods and reporting processes
