Job Title: Water Hygiene EngineerLocation: Ilford, Greater LondonSalary/Benefits: £27k - £36k + Training & Benefits
A successful and growing Water Hygiene / Water Treatment outfit is seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover sites around / within the M25. You will be covering a range of commercial and local authority contracts across the region. Applicants must be proficient in performing a wide range of ACOP L8 compliance tasks, including: showerhead descales, TMV servicing, water sampling, outlet flushes. There are fantastic opportunities for training, in addition to overtime earning. Experience / Qualifications:-Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer-Robust technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines-Able to work independently on site when needed-Good literacy and numeracy skills-Confident using IT software-Hardworking attitude
The Role:-Showerhead and outlet descales-TMV inspections, servicing and failsafe checks-Calorifier inspections and blowdowns-Basic flushing on outlets-Calorifier inspections-Tank cleans and disinfections-Water sampling-Temperature monitoring-Completing regular service reports
