Job Description
Due to an exciting period of activity within the Reward function, they are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Description
Reporting into the Director of Executive Remuneration, you will play a key role in supporting executive remuneration, share plans, and global mobility programmes across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting executive remuneration activities, including benchmarking, annual salary reviews, incentive outcomes, and Remuneration Committee reporting.
- Administering employee share plans and executive equity programmes, managing grant cycles, vesting events, communications, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinating global mobility activities, including international assignments, relocations, and cross-border working arrangements.
- Producing reward analytics, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Supporting annual reward cycles and wider reward projects.
- Ensuring strong governance, compliance, and data integrity across reward programmes.
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external providers.
Profile
- Previous experience within a Reward function, with exposure to Executive Remuneration, Share Plans, and/or Global Mobility.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of reward governance, compliance requirements, and best practice.
- The ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.
