The Role

• Lead and manage the hospital's accounting system and financial operations, including billing, AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reviews, budgets, and state financial reports.
• Develop and implement plans to drive operational efficiency and achieve financial objectives.
• Participate in key hospital committees and partnership boards as required.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
• Foster a collaborative environment and celebrate team successes.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of hospital accounting experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial management, analysis principles, and managerial skills.
• Proven experience in financial operations, including revenue and expense management.
• Relevant experience in budgeting, both capital and operational planning.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and executing robust internal controls.
