Project Weber/RENEW Finance Manager
Full-time (40 hours/week)
$25-$30 per hour

Essential Job Functions
Oversee processing of employees' timesheets and manages payroll allocations
Assist in implementation of electronic tracking payroll system for employee timesheets
Executes bi-weekly payroll run
Manage allocation of all receipts, expenses, and other financial data points into accounting system
Work with bookkeeper to provide documentation for monthly invoices and grant reports to organization partners and accounts payable
Monitoring and reconciliation of business and individual donations received by the organization by project/program area
Tracking of employee advances and client recovery housing payments
In coordination with the Director of Development and Communications, track in-kind donations received by the organization
Reconciliation of expenditures for organization’s credit card
Reconciliation of monthly benefit invoices (health, dental, vision, life, retirement)
Monitoring and financial tracking of a diverse pool of contracts and grants
Assist Finance Director in preparing documents for single audit and/or any grant required audit
Supervision of monthly accounting processes, including bank reconciliations, restricted/ unrestricted funds tracking, asset and liability account reconciliations, review of budgeted versus actual performance, and manual journal entries
Attend monthly meetings with organization leadership and key stakeholders
Other related duties as assigned
Supervise day-to-day duties of the bookkeeper
Reports to Finance Director
Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate's degree in accounting or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience
A commitment to Project Weber/RENEW’s mission
Attention to detail
Previous bookkeeping experience required
Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred
Experience in working with non-profit organizations preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25-$30 per hour
