Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of our York office to ensure efficiency and sustained growth.

Coach and inspire our sales producers to reach their potential while delivering excellent service.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners to secure the best products for our clients.

Develop and execute local marketing strategies that position us as the premier agency in the region.

Monitor agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and community stakeholders.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in Pennsylvania.

Proven track record of managing and growing an insurance agency or sales team.

Expertise in carrier relations and navigating independent agency operations.

Strong background in local community engagement and business development.

Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor and guide sales staff.

Solid understanding of local market trends and client needs in York and surrounding areas.
