Senior SOC Lead - Incident Response & Threat Detection

Starling Bank Limited is seeking an experienced SOC Team Lead to join our cyber security function, supporting 24/7 operations across Sydney, Toronto, and the UK. You will lead analysts, triage incidents, and drive improvements in detection, containment, and root-cause analysis.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in cloud security (AWS/GCP), threat hunting, and experience with SIEM, incident response engagements, and tabletop exercises.
