Production Operative / Machine Operator
Manpower Recruitment are working with an established manufacturing company on the outskirts of Banbury to recruit a full time Production Operative / Machine Operator. This is a long term, hands on role supporting the manufacture of customer orders at various stages of the production process.

The Pay will be £12.71-£13.75 (Depending on Experience)

The role

As a Production Operative you will be involved in a varied range of tasks, including:

• Assisting with cutting, moulding, sanding and spraying materials for customer orders

• Packaging and labelling orders for delivery or collection in line with the production schedule

You will work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and maintaining business performance and quality standards. The role involves handling materials and finished product, so a moderate level of fitness is required to carry out tasks comfortably and safely.
