Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst with 8+ years of overall Business Analysis experience, including strong experience in the Healthcare domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience gathering requirements, analyzing healthcare business processes, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, SMEs, developers, QA, and project teams.
• Strong experience with UAT, test cases, defect management, and validation.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
