Hybrid Tech Support Engineer

Intercom is seeking a technically adept Support Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will help customers integrate Fin into their products, diagnose issues, and bridge customers with product teams to deliver effective resolutions. The role emphasizes problem-solving, proactive learning, and improving support processes.

You will work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, collaborating closely with customers worldwide to ensure value realization and a superb experience with our product.
