The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care is consistently provided.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify and implement improvements in staffing effectiveness.
• Assist and advise supervisors on any issues related to the nursing schedule.
• Ensure all employee, contract, and student files meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and communicate assigned schedules to the nursing staff.
• Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
