Job Description

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and delegated authority frameworks
• Prepare timely and accurate reports to support senior management decision-making
• Review and analyse financial models, including key assumptions and sensitivities
• Evaluate business opportunities and assess financial performance and risks
• Conduct financial, market, and operational analysis to support informed decisions
• Develop scenario and stress-case analyses to assess potential outcomes
• Support due diligence activities through data analysis and validation
• Assist in evaluating funding approaches and financial planning strategies
• Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and materials for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and completeness of analysis

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in finance or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, capital structuring, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modelling tools and software
