Healthcare Implementation engineer

Job Title: Healthcare Implementation engineer
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
Education: Bachelor s degree (IT/CS/related discipline) or equivalent experience
Number of Years of Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Tier II/III technical or application support environment; healthcare experience preferred.
Experience supporting end users, IT staff, or administrative staff with software application and/or hardware issues in Windows environments.
Experience troubleshooting the Windows stack, (Windows, IIS, SQL, , Active Directory).

Preferred Skills:
Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries including Select, Delete, Update statements.
Ability to analyze network traffic to diagnose application stability and performance issues.
Experience with the implementation and/or support of Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS), and/or Diagnostic Imaging Workflow Management solutions.
Knowledge of HL7 and/or DICOM.
