The Role

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on building fabric elements including doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and roofing.
• Perform minor carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, painting, and general handyman tasks.
• Complete statutory checks and fabric condition surveys, reporting findings accurately via digital systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for making safe and repairing issues to ensure continuous operational availability.
• Liaise with subcontractors and the contract team to ensure all work meets required health and safety standards.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrable experience in fabric repairs and maintenance, with relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or equivalent).
• A clean driving licence and the ability to work across multiple sites.
• Proficiency in using digital systems and tablets for work recording and team communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to outstanding customer service and safety standards.
