They are currently looking for a skilled IPv4 Monetisation Programme Manager to join their team for a three-month initial contract. As part of our strategic Wholesale B2B initiatives, we are upgrading our network.

We?re seeking a proactive Data Value Creation Programme/Project Manager to lead deployment of Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6 and ensure full regulatory adherence.

As the Data Value Creation Programme/ Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of the IPv4 Monetisation Project and Programme Management for Data Value Creation initiatives to meet the organisational requirements.

You'll work closely with engineering, wholesale, security, product and commercial teams to ensure all infrastructure and operational processes align with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities Lead network infrastructure project with a focus on deploying Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6 and CGNAT DSLITE<br />Provide programme level reporting to Director Data Value Creation for 8 additional projects in the Data Value Creation Portfolio<br />Interpret requirements and embed them into project planning and delivery<br />Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement the desired outcomes<br />Ensure timely delivery of mandated milestones, including risk assessments and mitigation plans<br />Manage documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory submissions<br />Track progress against compliance KPIs and escalate risks or gaps<br />Collaborate with cybersecurity, legal, and governance teams to validate controls<br />Support the development of Dual Stack and CGNAT DSLite operational procedures and incident response plansRequired Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following:

Strong telecoms project management experience, ideally in regulated environments<br />Strong financial skills able to interpret and present results<br />Experience managing network infrastructure projects (e.g., mobile, fibre, core IP)<br />Familiarity with telecoms security controls: access management, supply chain risk, network monitoring<br />Project management certification SAFE/Agile essential<br />Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills<br />Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Excel)<br />Ability to manage multiple projects/programmes in a fast-paced environment<br />Strong analytical, documentation, and risk management capabilities<br />Ability to work independently in a process layered environmentDesirable Skills/Experience Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
