The Role

• Contribute to a well-maintained store and an outstanding customer shopping experience alongside team colleagues.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, attractive product presentation, in-store baking, and utilizing modern POS systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of self-checkout zones, promoting the system to customers and providing assistance.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and overseeing the implementation of store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision).
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for motivating others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adapting to varied tasks.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varying shifts, in coordination with management.
