The Role

• Ensure the store is well-maintained and contributes to a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves and presenting merchandise attractively.
• Operate modern point-of-sale systems, including self-checkout options.
• Assist with inventory control, including checking incoming goods and supporting stocktaking.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, offering advice and support.
• Undertake general store duties, including warehousing and cleaning.
