The Role
• Travel within your assigned territory Monday–Thursday to meet with business owners and families.

• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating collective successes.
• Focus on building strong client relationships and closing deals, with back-office support handling lead generation and customer service.
What You'll Need
• A strong work ethic and a drive to control your income.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clientele.
• A willingness to learn and follow a proven sales system and coaching programs.
• Comfort with overnight travel within a designated territory Monday through Thursday.
• Ability to obtain an insurance license with company-provided training assistance.
