Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to £15.71 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Early Years Educators are you ready for a Lead role?

You’ll be joining Blueberry Nursery as a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Lead Early Years Educator (Third in Charge) who will work in partnership with the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

About the job:

• Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework

• Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences

• Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment

• Leads, motivates and inspires the educator team

• Be the third in command in the nursery after the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager

• Identifying areas of change and implementing

About you:

• Level 3 or above qualification within early years

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5

• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
