The Role

• Provide individual and engaging social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks.
• Implement care documentation and planning.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Contribute to ensuring quality assurance measures are upheld.
• Support and mentor nursing assistants, trainees, and interns in their professional development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Strong empathy and a sense of responsibility.
