We are looking for an experienced AEM Cloud Platform Engineer to support enterprise digital platforms running on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, Vercel, and AWS.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of AWS experience

• Strong hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service

• AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher & CDN

• Production platform support and administration

• CI/CD pipelines and deployment support

• Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Platform monitoring, observability and automation

• REST APIs / enterprise integrations

• Experience supporting cloud-native web applications

Highly Preferred

• Vercel Platform administration/support

• Next.js / React

• Adobe Cloud Manager

• Akamai / CDN

• DAM / Workfront

• Platform security and access management

• IT/ enterprise compliance

• On-call / major incident support

Key Responsibilities

• Support and administer AEM as a Cloud Service environments

• Support Vercel-hosted enterprise web applications

• Monitor platform health, performance, availability and reliability

• Troubleshoot production incidents, deployment failures and integration issues

• Lead incident resolution and RCA activities

• Support CI/CD deployments, releases and environment promotions

• Manage access, permissions, certificates and platform configurations

• Support integrations with DAM, Workfront, Azure services, Akamai/CDN and other enterprise platforms

• Work with development teams supporting Next.js, React and API-based applications

• Create platform runbooks, operational procedures and support documentation

• Drive automation, reliability, governance and continuous platform improvement
