Python Developer AI Engineering / GenAI (REMOTE)

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to develop scalable, AI-powered backend applications.

Assessment Requirement:Candidates must complete a mandatory Glider assessment as part of the submission process.
Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming and backend development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.

• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform services, especially Vertex AI, Vertex AI Search, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.

• Experience with embeddings, vector search, document processing, and structured/unstructured data.

• Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, API testing, and debugging.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Agentic AI, Vertex AI Vector Search, Pub/Sub, and AI evaluation.

• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
