Product Manager, Product Growth

About the Role

Join a consumer gaming platform as a hands-on Product Growth Manager focused on the creator side of a two-sided marketplace. You will build the creator growth function, helping more people move from discovering the platform to publishing their first game.

What You'll Do

• Identify growth opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments to improve key metrics.

• Build mockups and prototypes to test ideas quickly, then partner with front-end engineers to develop successful concepts.

• Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into strategies for creator acquisition and engagement.

• Talk directly with creators in the community and use their feedback to guide product iterations.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners on the product roadmap and growth function.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of product management or growth product experience on a consumer product.

• Experience owning consumer product growth across acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments and analyzing results.

• A hands-on individual contributor who can build prototypes, scripts, or side projects, and bring technical product experience beyond writing specifications.

• Data analytics skills and familiarity with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, A/B testing, and AI prototyping tools.

• Experience creating consumer AI for user-generated content or games, with familiarity with creator-side products, games, or two-sided marketplaces.

• Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background, plus experience in an empowered, non-hierarchical execution environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $165,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Equity is not specified. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.
