Job description
- Location: Remote
- Facility: Ascension Illinois
- Department/Specialty: MWF Shared Services - Illinois
- Schedule: M-F, Days l Full-time
- Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources.
- Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Perform monthly capital summary reconciliations, tracking planned versus actual spend across health ministry capital pools.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Tableau, and Oracle Financials (FCCS/SmartView), with a strong ability to build automated ad hoc data models and reporting structures.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, decision support, or corporate FP&A within a healthcare system.
