Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Gen AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will work on developing, integrating, testing, and deploying machine learning and Generative AI solutions. This role provides an opportunity to work with modern AI technologies, large language models, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models for business applications.

  • Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

  • Work with Python, SQL, APIs, and machine learning frameworks.

  • Develop AI applications using technologies such as LangChain, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and analysis.

  • Integrate third-party and internal APIs into AI/ML applications.

  • Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate LLM outputs.

  • Assist with deploying AI/ML models and applications to cloud environments.

  • Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and business teams.

  • Troubleshoot model, data, API, and application issues.

  • Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • Strong programming knowledge in Python.

  • Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.

  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.

  • Knowledge of SQL and data processing.

  • Familiarity with NLP and transformer-based models.

  • Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.

  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development practices.

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.

  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar technologies.

  • Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

  • Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.

  • Exposure to AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI.

  • Understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices.

Experience

  • Entry-level / 0–2 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data science, or a related field.

  • Academic projects, internships, bootcamp projects, or personal AI/ML projects are welcome.
