Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who is a hands-on builder at heart. This is not a supervisory or strategy-only position — you will be expected to design, develop, and deliver AI solutions end-to-end, writing production-grade code every day. You will work across the full stack, leverage multiple cloud platforms, and integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks and foundation models to ship real products and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and build production-ready AI/ML applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation systems from concept through deployment
• Develop full-stack solutions — backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and front-end interfaces — that embed AI capabilities into real products
• Engineer agentic AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph, orchestrating multi-step reasoning, tool use, and autonomous task execution
• Build and deploy solutions across AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Azure AI, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Vertex AI, selecting the right platform for each use case
• Integrate foundation models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Hugging Face into scalable, reliable applications
• Implement MLOps and AgentOps pipelines — automated training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management for models and agents
• Establish AI governance and observability practices using Credo AI for responsible-AI compliance and Fiddler for model monitoring, explainability, and drift detection
• Accelerate development velocity using GitHub Copilot and next-generation AI dev tools such as Devin and Windsurf
• Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code in Python and Node.js daily
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product managers, designers, data scientists, and fellow engineers — communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers on AI best practices, code quality, and modern development workflows
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively introduce new tools, techniques, and architectures
Required Skills & Experience
Every skill listed below is mandatory for this role.
Cloud AI Platforms
• AWS Bedrock — hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions on Amazon's managed foundation-model service
• Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) — proficiency with Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Google Cloud Platform's AI/ML tooling
• Microsoft Azure — experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, and Azure ML
Programming & Full-Stack Engineering
• Python — advanced proficiency; primary language for AI/ML development
• Node.js — strong back-end and API development skills
• Full Stack Engineering — ability to build complete applications end-to-end (front-end, back-end, data layer, infrastructure)
AI Frameworks & Foundation Models
• LangChain & LangGraph — deep, hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI systems, chains, and graph-based orchestration
• Anthropic (Claude) — practical experience integrating and optimizing Claude models in production
• OpenAI (GPT) — practical experience integrating and optimizing GPT models in production
• Hugging Face — experience with the Transformers library, model hub, fine-tuning, and inference optimization
Operations & Governance
• MLOps — proven ability to build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
• AgentOps — experience operationalizing autonomous AI agents with observability, logging, evaluation, and lifecycle management
• Credo AI — knowledge of responsible-AI governance frameworks, bias auditing, and compliance tooling
• Fiddler — experience with model performance monitoring, explainability dashboards, and data/model drift detection
AI-Powered Development Tools
• GitHub Copilot — daily use to accelerate coding and code review
• Devin / Windsurf — experience leveraging next-generation AI coding agents to boost engineering productivity
Communication
• Excellent communication skills — ability to articulate complex AI concepts, present technical designs, write clear documentation, and collaborate effectively across disciplines
Qualifications
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in AI-focused engineering roles, building and shipping AI/ML-powered products
• Demonstrated track record of hands-on, end-to-end delivery — you have personally designed, coded, tested, and deployed AI systems in production
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
