The Role

• Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies for designated corporate departments.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures, ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and employee needs.
• Lead and actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a relevant business function.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
