We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team within the Packing Centre at Stonegate Farmers in Lacock.

Working as part of our busy production operation, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our eggs are packed safely, accurately and to the high standards expected by our customers.

You’ll be well suited to this role if you:

  • Are reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are able to work effectively as part of a team while also using your own initiative.
  • Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Are confident raising questions or reporting issues when something doesn’t look right.
  • Can remain focused while working towards production targets.
  • Are comfortable standing for extended periods and undertaking the physical requirements of a production role.
  • Take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.

Previous experience within food production, manufacturing, warehousing or packing would be beneficial, particularly if you have experience working to targets or following quality and product specifications.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Regular shifts and weekly pay
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Free eggs every week
  • Subsidised staff transport from select locations
  • On-site parking and cycle-to-work scheme
  • A friendly, inclusive workplace where everyone is welcome
