Shipping Associate

We are seeking a shipping associate in Canonsburg, PA Shipping and Receiving is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming materials. This role ensures accurate handling, documentation, and storage of products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and * invoices
• Unload, sort, and store materials in designated locations
• Coordinate, prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time o Small Package-UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL o Large Package-LTL Shipments
• Ability to cut/build wood crates for large LTL shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company policies and safety procedures SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience a plus, both Domestic and International Shipping
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read shipping documents and labels
• Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Attention to detail
• Time management and organization
