SAP FICO Consultant

Your roleAs Finance Consultant, you will be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation. You will accompany Capgemini's clients in key design decisions in the Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas.You will:Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes.Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you've come across.Your profileMinimum of 4-6+ years of experience in SAP Finance.A level of expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance and/ or Controlling) with 1 or 2 full life-cycle SAP implementation.Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document and Reporting Compliance is a plus.Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.What you'll love about working hereYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
