The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative assets for catalog layout, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as a liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments for new product selection.
• Maintain efficient communication regarding new and existing product development and web marketing.
• Conceptualize product positioning based on market and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a strong track record.
• Proven experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog development is a significant asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
