Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to design, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Siebel configuration, scripting, and integration to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools/Web Tools (business components, applets, views, screens)
• Develop and maintain workflows, business services, and eScript
• Customize Siebel Open UI (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Build and maintain integrations using EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and EIM
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support
• Migrate configuration changes across environments (dev, test, production)
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Prepare technical documentation for configurations and customizations

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM (configuration and development)
• Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, Siebel Open UI, and eScript
• Experience with Workflow Manager, Business Services, and EAI/Web Services integration
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
• Understanding of Siebel data model and object architecture
• Experience with Application Deployment Manager (ADM) and repository migrations
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
