Job Description

We are hiring Enterprise Architect/Technical Product Manager (IBM Integration Stack/Observability & SRE (Banking/insurance Domain)

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days in Sheffield Office per week

  • We are looking for Prior experience as Senior Global Band 4/Director-level Product Manager with proven track record managing large-scale, multi-region enterprise platform life cycles and follow-the-Sun operating models.
  • Should have deep technical expertise in messaging, integration, data mapping, and observability architectures, including setting configuration baselines, security standards (TLS/mTLS), and operational reference patterns.
  • Hands-on product management oversight of IBM MQ (large-scale queue manager estates), IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM), and Instana.
  • Should have Domain expertise in Financial Services/Tier-1 Global Banking operating under strict regulatory frameworks, audit requirements, cross-border data constraints, and cyber security compliance.

Key Skills: Middleware platforms (IBM MQ, ACE, ITX)/Observability/Reviewing capacity usage, leading license renewal negotiations/Engineering & SRE/Cyber, Risk & Audit
