Are you an experienced Azure Platform Engineer with strong architecture experience looking to shape enterprise-scale cloud platforms?

We're hiring for a Senior Azure Platform Engineer / Azure SME to join a growing engineering team delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions within a highly regulated environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with platform architecture, helping define Azure strategy, build modern cloud environments, and act as a trusted Azure expert across complex programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and evolving secure Azure cloud platforms
• Leading the implementation of Azure Landing Zones aligned to Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) best practice
• Acting as an Azure SME, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance
• Designing and supporting Azure services including AKS, networking, storage, databases, and application gateways
• Managing hybrid connectivity using ExpressRoute, VPNs, BGP, and Azure Virtual WAN
• Driving platform security using Azure Key Vault, Defender for Cloud, RBAC, and governance controls
• Building scalable Kubernetes environments and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code to automate cloud delivery
• Supporting platform observability, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and architects to deliver robust cloud solutions

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Azure Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or similar
• Proven experience operating as an Azure SME, Senior Engineer, or Architect
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Azure architecture experience across platform, networking, governance, and security
• Azure certifications highly desirable, ideally:

• AZ-104 - Azure Administrator
• AZ-305 - Azure Solutions Architect

Strong Azure networking expertise including:

• ExpressRoute
• Virtual WAN
• VPN Gateways & BGP
• Private Endpoints & NSGs

Strong Kubernetes / AKS experienceExperience with Terraform and HashiCorp toolingCI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or similarExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable

• Multi-cloud exposure (AWS / GCP)
• JFrog tooling experience
• Experience within secure or regulated environments
