- Assist with day to day activities within the office
- Prepare various monthly reconciliations
- Sort and file reconciliations
- Review invoices for proper approval
- Run and process department reports
- Answer phones
- File necessary paperwork
- Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Must be flexible in order to file/retrieve contract folders
- Operation of office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
