Inside Sales Representative - Phone-Based Home Services

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an Inside Sales Rep / Phone Closer to convert inbound and outbound calls into booked residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs. In this phone-based role, you'll qualify leads, present service options, and follow up on open estimates to close business. Using our CRM and call systems, you'll manage a high volume of customer interactions while coordinating with dispatch and field technicians. Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to residential customers
• Qualify and convert leads into booked HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs
• Follow up on open estimates and unsold proposals to close deals
• Use CRM tools to track calls, leads, and sales activities
• Collaborate with field technicians and dispatch to schedule work
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide accurate pricing, promotions, and service information to customers
• Maintain a customer-focused, consultative sales approach
• Adhere to safety-first and ethical sales standards
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
